*All party deposits are non refundable, but may be transferred for one time only provided written notice is given, received and acknowledged at least 72 hours in advance of your event and that your rescheduled date is within 30 days of the original date.
*Please make sure all your information is correct on your invoice before paying your deposit. Any changes after payment to the invoice or requests to make an event change are subject to a small change fee.
*The above three packages are examples only. Should your event require something different, or your location be out of the service area, we will provide you a tailored quote. Please let us know how we may best be of service.

1. The event is cancelled by coordinator (or)
2. A request to reschedule is made less than 72 hours prior to the start time of the event (or)
3. A request to reschedule is not received in writing (or)
4. The rescheduled event is not held within 30 days from the original function date
Event Coordinator agreement:
Upon booking an event with a flat rate/minimum price where the total number of attendees does not meet the minimum, the coordinator agrees to pay at minimum, the flat rate and any other balances due, in cash, at the time of the event. Coordinator agrees to collect cash in advance from all guests for the service and any overtime fee and will honor all policies. Personal checks are not accepted and for ease of transactions, exact change is requested.
For example, if a coordinator is quoted a flat rate of $250 for up to 5 adults, and 3 guests attend, the total attendees is considered 4 people to include the coordinator attending and Dawn Lorraine will be paid at minimum, the flat rate, which may include a non refundable pre-paid deposit. Please place any gratuities provided by your guests in a separate envelope from the service fee payment. Thank you.

Event changes may be subject to a small change fee. It is recommended that the coordinator schedule 2 more guests than the flat rate minimum to avoid falling below the minimum if a guest cancels.
At group events, an effort will be made to reach as many guests as time permits. However, attendance does not guarantee a reading.
